A lovely 20th century continental silver plated pill box with a wonderful harvest repousse, depicting corn, grapes, apples and pears to the lids with a foliate design to the border.
The pill box has graduated hinges, all of which operate with ease and click shut as they should. The pill box is in a very good condition throughout.
