Shipping

We offer free UK delivery for items that can be sent via the postal service. There is a standard £75 courier charge for larger pieces under £1,000 requiring specialist door-to-door delivery within UK Mainland. For pieces over £1,000, delivery to Mainland UK is free of charge. For delivery outside of UK Mainland, please contact us for a no obligation shipping quote. 

Combined discounts may be applicable for multiple purchases. If applicable, we will issue you a partial refund upon dispatch of your order.

All orders will be sent out professionally packed and via a trackable signature method.  Carriage expenses will always be recharged at cost only. We always include in-transit insurance and this fee is included in the carriage cost.

Acquiring any item without the benefit of an inspection implies a responsibility by the vendor to accurately and fully describe it. We seek to do just that, whilst also bringing to each item and its description a rather more personal and subjective commentary based on experience, appreciation and research.

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. Nonetheless, to ensure you have complete peace of mind, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

The purchased item may be returned, in its original condition, within fourteen days from receipt. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For larger pieces requiring a specialist courier service, we will arrange your return for you with the cost being deducted from the refund (this cost will never exceed the original charge paid).

We ask that a trackable signature method of shipping is used for the return of smaller items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
