A stunning 19th century French signed miniature portrait of a young lady in an elegant dress, housed in a gilt gesso frame with a brown felt surround.
The painting is very finely done with exceptional detail and colour. The artist's signature can be found to the centre left. The portrait is in an excellent condition. The frame has one small nick to the right side (please see photographs), but otherwise remains in a very good condition.
