An early 20th century 14 carat white gold filigree cameo brooch, inset with a 0.10 carat diamond. The brooch is clearly stamped 'MK 14K' to the rear.
This is a particularly attractive example and is in an excellent condition throughout. The filigree remains free from damage, the cameo is finely carved and the diamond has a wonderful bright sparkle when it catches the light.
