A very attractive and substantial vintage wooden glossy black rocking horse on a Georgian style wooden bow rocker.
The horse is of high quality and large proportions at nearly 2.5 metres long. The face has a wonderfully realistic form with a charming expression. The padded saddle and bridle is genuine leather and remains in an excellent condition throughout.
Both horse and rocker have a lovely amount of wear, just enough to indicate some age.
A very striking and special piece.
