Octavo. All boards are three quarter bound in tan leather with marbled boards, five raised bands to the spines with gilt stamped red leather title panels and green leather volume panels. The volumes show some rubbing to the extremities in areas, some volumes mores so than others, primarily the earlier volumes. Note Volume XII has a larger patch of wear to the back board spine edge leather. All boards are firmly attached and are in a good condition overall.
Peach endpapers to each volume. There is some very light spotting to the preliminary pages of most volumes (please see photographs) but overall the pages are clean and bright.
