A charming late 19th century English School oil study of a young child in a white bonnet.
The work is housed in a glazed black frame, the glazing of which is causing losses to the paint. The frame itself has marks and wear commensurate with age.
Despite the small losses, the work remains enchanting and draws the eye in a room.
